Tone that butt!

One question we get asked a lot is what are the best exercises to get a peachy derriere ?

There a lot of workouts out there, but our favourite workout would have to be Bailey Brown’s 5 minute butt lifting workout.

We gave this one a go and after two weeks we started feeling the difference and getting comments.

It is a great workout to tack on the end of your daily workout, or if you don’t have time to do a full workout, you can easily squeeze this one in. There really are no excuses for not being able to do this one!
