Gym memberships and personal trainers can be financially out of reach for a lot of people. Online workouts provide you with access to a wide range of fitness regimes that can help transform your body and improve your fitness without the excessive costs.

There are a large number of paid and free online workouts which can make searching for one a daunting process. However, with FitBondz, you can search and share your favourite workouts to achieve your fitness goals or inspire and motivate others.

Which Trainer Should I Use?

There are so many free online workouts out there – which one should you choose? I don’t think there is a simple answer as I have found I use trainers for different reasons. For example, Yoga with Adriene is one of my favourite yoga instructors. I love the format of FitnessBlender for my core and strength exercises; yet I love the vitality of Popsugar Fitness for harder cardio lessons. Barre Workout by Shauna Kathleen (below) got me through my maternity leave – I found it an easy yet effective workout to do in between naps. What I think is important is having access to exercise videos on central location so you can pick and choose one works for you.

How to Search
